  Generally the height of poultry houses is between 2.5m-3.5m (at eaves). The width of the poultry houses is decided according to then layout of equipment inside and cannot be too large considering ventilation. Steel structure poultry houses are usually designed with the width of 8-15m. Length is better no larger than 140m.

We supply the whole system for Automatic Chicken Feeding System:

1. Main feed delivery line
(1. )Main feeding system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, included a material conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and a feed level sensor.
(2) Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.

Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the daily consumption. 
Material of silo consist of galvanzied sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic.
*If you don't use silo, you can use manpower hopper. Usually, if you just build one or two chicken house ,we suggest you use hopper instead of silo.

*There is a sensor at each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatically feed delivery.

The motor will start working and deliver feed when the feed pan (with sensor)
lacks feed and will stop working when the feed pan (with sensor) is full of feed.

3. Automatic nipple drinking line system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of Poultry. 
The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.

*The system controls climate condition, can provide fresh air, proper humidity and temperature for birds, ensuring your chickens provide maximum production.

*If your chicken farm is open, there is no need to use 36'' fan and air inlets, however, you
might need curtain system.

7. Spraying and disinfecting system
*It's effective tool for cooling, damping, dedusting and disinfecting the house.(the tem-Perature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)

8.Heating system(heater):
*Proper temperature is critical to chickens, especially day-old chicks, we have different kinds,
they fire coal, diesel, gas or use electricity, 4 kinds for your option.


9.Curtain system:
*In some tropical zone, the farmers are inclined to use curtain instead of real walls(open farm),
they will use big fan accordingly.
*Our curtain have two kinds for your choice, manual operated one and motorized one.
 
10.Plastic floor covering system:
*Plastic floor covering system is the best cooperation of auto manure cleaning system.
